Withdrawals and Refunds
Students dropping/withdrawing before regular classes start are eligible for a refund/waiver of all tuition and fees. Students dropping/withdrawing during the refund period after classes begin will be eligible for a partial refund/waiver. The eligible percentage of refund/waiver depends on the day of drop/withdrawal. The only exception to this policy occurs in the case of personal illness or call to active military duty. Supporting written documentation (e.g., medical reports or military orders) in both instances is required. Refunds for medical withdrawals may be granted if the effective date of withdrawal is prior to the last day to withdraw from the term and will be prorated based on the number of class days a student is registered. A full waiver/refund of tuition and fees may be granted if a student is called to active military duty.
